Shipping Policy

Shipping is free WORLDWIDE on most items (except US and Canada for the moment due to COVID-19).

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Millennium Stuff Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

  1. We know that your order arriving on time is important to you! The total shipping time will be the Processing time + Delivery time.
  2. Once you have placed an order, this cannot be cancelled at any stage. The contract is completed on receipt of the order.
  3. The estimated date for delivery of the products is set out in the Confirmation email which will be sent within 24-48 hours after you have received a confirmation of the order email. This date is an estimate only and we do not guarantee to deliver the products on that date.
  4. If your order contains multiple items, each one may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them in stock the quickest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on back order, we may ship your items separately and in separate packages to avoid delaying your order and to ensure that it reaches you as quickly as possible!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Orders are shipped directly from one of our numerous domestic and international warehouses, and they will do everything possible to expedite the delivery of your order! Please allow an estimated 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive in the United States of America due to the popularity of our offers (varies from product to product). Other countries may take up to 2-4 weeks (depending on the product) due to the distance traveled and customs. Please keep in mind that these are only estimates due to the extreme popularity of our offers.
  • Every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our door to the time it gets to yours; you’ll always know where your package is.
  • As every order is unique, shipping costs vary depending on the chosen delivery method, weight, and destination of your order. The best way to get the information about the price of delivery is to add the product(s) you want to purchase to the bag and proceed to checkout. Here, choosing the delivery option and indicating your address, the delivery price will be automatically updated and visible.
  • All of our orders are shipped via insured ground service. We apologize if an order is held up at customs, returned, or even lost during the delivery process! We have no control over the postal service. However, because the packages are insured, we will send you a replacement package with expedited shipping and complete tracking, if possible. Please refer to our refund and return policy for information on when these may apply to shipping situations.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive a code.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in USD, which means that you may be responsible for duties and taxes once your order arrives. Once your order reaches its destination, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be assessed, as determined by your local customs office. You are responsible for these charges and taxes, and we will not cover them. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs department. Please contact your local customs office for additional information on charges.
